ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT AND RESTRUCTURING PLAN

The EDC hired a consultant, Howard Kohn of the Chesapeake Group, to complete a Plan for the Village.  This plan will guide the EDC's efforts to bring new year-round business and to help expand the business season for existing businesses.  This plan was adopted in May, 2006.
